Prime Lake Lots

 

Not everyone wants to build or own a cabin in our cabin resort. If you want more space, solitude and a fantastic lake view, consider purchasing a parcel of the 250 acres of prime land we own in Bona (located on the south end of Stockton Lake). See the red "L" of land in the google earth photo below. It's available for $2,000 an acre and we will build for $100 a square foot. Cost of the well and utility hook is not included.
